I used the center island for my animals, the island with the port can be used for fish ponds, the main island can be for crops and the grass part for some buildings/machines. This is a very late game layout cause you will need to work a lot to set up everything but it will be worth it cause you will make great profit. As a beginner, Ipicked the Riverland layout and it was really dumb but I got used to it. This is the ultimate honey farm where your whole farm is just honey, you can do this in any Farm Map except the Beach farm, the farm in the image is the Hill-top farm. With these, you are a farming powerhouse. Dividing them into neat, symmetrical sections makes it easier to separate the different types. Iridium Sprinkler The Iridium Sprinkler changes the crop game entirely. This layout puts the original focus of any farm at the center of everything: Stardew Valley's crops. A lot of players swear by this sprinkler layout even later in the game. Build 2 scarecrows, 2 iridium sprinklers, 48 flowers, and 150 bee houses. This sprinkler layout is fantastic for easy, mid-game progress. If you're on the default farm, this layout is perfect it's a slightly modified version of the previously mentioned layout to fit perfectly in the space to the left of the greenhouse, near Grandpa's Shrine. This will take a ton of time to put together but gives you an opportunity to make a ton of cash. For this layout you need 47 Bee houses, 1 quality sprinkler, 1 scarecrow and 8 flowers.Ī more complex (and much more efficient layout) involves using an iridium sprinkler, 18 flowers, 2 scarecrows, and up to 102 bee houses. This next one is for when you have advanced a bit into summer or fall in the first year and have farmed the material to make more Bee houses. For the flowers you can plant any that is available for that particular Season. Remember that it doesn’t work in winter and indoors. Now I will give you a round up of the best honey layouts so you can make the most profits.įor starters, when you unlock the Bee house and want to make the most profit for your first layout, you should make 15 Bee Houses, 1 scarecrow, get a quality sprinkler and 8 flowers. All you need is maple syrup, flowers and sprinklers to start farming Honey and money. One of those ways is Honey from Bee houses. While the second upgrade significantly raises costs, 351 kegs can be stored in a fully renovated cabin, allowing the largest number of kegs per external farmland used.If you are looking to make money in Stardew Valley, there are many ways that you can. The first level of upgraded cabin can hold 113 kegs at a lower cost than any other option. Watering each plant is a daily chore, which makes the addition of sprinklers a necessity. With this limited space in mind, it’s imperative to design your greenhouse layout beforehand. The greenhouse layout is made up of a 10 row by 12 column plot, and only 7×6 are available for growing crops. Cabins are the cheapest initially, occupy the smallest land area of 15 tiles, but can only hold 42 kegs without upgrades, assuming the cabin is unclaimed and the parsnips and bed must remain. The best greenhouse layout in Stardew Valley. Coops are cheaper still, but smaller, permitting fewer kegs per tile of external farmland used. The Deluxe Barn increases building costs considerably, but has so far been shown to be able to fit 136 kegs on the same land space as the initial Barn. A Barn, however, is cheaper, and holds 90 kegs on 28 tiles of land. An upgraded Big Shed, optimally filled, holds 137 kegs on the same land space. It should be noted that these calculations only involve the value gained in terms of max profit if looking at profit per day based on the time required, the preserves jar will outpace the keg regardless of the base value of the item (in every case except for Hops and Wheat) since the preserves jar has a much faster processing time.Ī Shed, optimally filled with kegs, holds 67 of them, while occupying only 21 tiles of land. Hops (25g, but Pale Ale sells for 300g).Boldfaced items have a base price above 200g. The breakpoint is 50g for fruits and 200g for vegetables.īelow is a list of crops that are more beneficial to be put in the keg, along with their raw base price. The keg, on the other hand, favors crops with a much higher base value, such as Ancient Fruit or Melons. Because of this, low-value high-yield crops like Corn or Tomatoes are more valuable in the preserves jar. The Preserves Jar increases the profit of a crop using the following equation: (2 × Base Crop Value + 50), while the Keg multiplies the base value of Fruits by 3, and most Vegetables by 2.25.
